Weekly Training Schedule
Run Portland meets each week at the following locations (beginning January 5th, 2010)
Tuesdays: 6pm at Lincoln High School - This session is typically a track workout for all groups appropriate for the upcoming events they are training for.
Thursdays: Beginning February 4th - 6pm from Edge Performance Fitness. A fun run with group leaders for various abilities from 7-10 minutes per mile. Distances from 3+ miles in the Overlook neighborhood. Edge offers RunPortland members a free class for participating in the run, and a conditioning and core class follows the run at 7pm for those interested. Locker rooms and showers available if any one needs them for this run.
Saturdays: Various groups, times and locations.

The club meets on the track near the start finish line.
Look for the tent with the black top to store your clothes and find a volunteer to help you find your group.
