Days: Monday and Wednesday beginning January 11th through March 11th

Time: 4:00-5:15
Meeting place: Cafeteria

Cost: $125.00  Limited to 25 students

Activities: Strength work focused on increasing coordination and inhibiting injury.
Dynamic movements to challenge range of motion and improve speed and
agility.  Activities include form drills, squats, lunges, core work, using body weight
and medicine balls.
The atmosphere will encourage team work and positive reinforcement,
